Before that, he worked at Swiss Re Private Equity Advisors.DLA PiperGawain Hughes has joined the law firm as a partner in its London office.Hughes moves from CMS Cameron McKenna, where he was head of investment funds. He specialises in advising investors, fund managers and administrators on all aspects of investment funds work, including structuring, formation, administration and promotion.
