Women’s Basketball Player of the Week – Kamry Orr, Central Arkansas – Jr. – Guard – Little Rock, Ark.Orr set a career high in both games on the road, scoring 27 at UIW before topping that with 32 at Nicholls, including outscoring the Colonels 16-11 in 4th quarter. She shot 60 percent from three-point range, making more (six) than the Sugar Bears’ two opponents (four) for the week. The Little Rock, Ark., native shot 89 percent from the free throw line and 48.6 percent from the field while also leading UCA in steals at UIW and in assists at Nicholls. She registered seven steals while logging 36.5 minutes per game as the Sugar Bears held their opponents to an average of 41.5 points for the week.last_img
